Being a bread winner is not just about bringing home dough; it's about bringing home the very food that sustains us.

My name is Abby, and when I was diagnosed with gluten and dairy intolerances, my world changed. I suddenly realized that the most basic, comforting foods—a warm slice of bread, a creamy pastry—were off-limits. I felt deprived, and frankly, a bit lost. It was a crisis of sustenance.

I searched everywhere for gluten-free and dairy-free baked goods that tasted as good as the originals, but everything felt like a compromise—dry, crumbly, and unsatisfying. I realized: if I couldn't find the 'bread' I needed to thrive, I would have to become the one who provides it.

'Bread Winner' was born out of a necessity to survive and thrive. I kneaded countless batches, experimenting until I created safe, delicious products. In this process, I found a winning combination of health and joy in eating. Bread Winner makes all types of baked goods (with or without gluten and dairy).  It’s a win-win for everyone!
